Dear 11th Ward Members, I was exposed by someone who tested positive for Covid last week and so I did not attend Church today out of precaution. Hopefully my test will come back the same as my attitude as a teenager.....Negative! :-). In medieval times when battles were fought those that could afford armor would wear it into battle to protect themselves. It was inevitable that after such events the armor would have to be repaired in order for it to be ready to use in the next campaign. Blacksmiths, squires and other artisans traveled with the armies to help with repairing and maintaining battle armor. Special care was needed to keep the integrity of the armor intact and to keep it from rusting when not in use. Medieval armor was expensive and great care was usually taken to keep it ready to use when ever the need arose. I have noticed in my own life that I can't expect my armor to maintain its integrity if I don't spend time hammering out the dents, repairing the dam...
